Requests for registration cancellation must be addressed in writing and sent by e-mail to PECSRL2026@ugent.be .
In case of cancellation received by the Congress Organisers prior to July 31, 2026, the Participant shall receive a refund of 80% of the Congress fee.
If the cancellation is received after July 31, 2026, the Participant shall not be entitled to a refund of any part of the Congress fee.
