ICSoR Conference 2026 Registration

Thank you for your interest in ICSoR 2026. The conference will take place from 3 to 5 June, 2026 in Gent, Belgium at Sint-Baafshuis. The venue address is Biezekapelstraat 2, 9000 Gent, Belgium. There is a total of three conference days, consisting of one Policy Conference day (3 June) followed by two scientific days (4 & 5 June). There are two options for registration:

Option 1: Full Conference (3-5 June 2026)

Participants (non-students) from the Global South are entitled to a discount on the Regular Conference fee (40% on Early Bird, 35% for Regular and 30% for Late registrations). Discount vouchers can be requested via email to icsorconference2026@ugent.be

Voucher codes are single use only and can be filled in at the end of the registration form. Voucher codes are only available for the Regular registration pricing. Please note that to students, lower Conference fees apply, but no additional discounts are offered. 

Option 2: Policy Conference day (3 June 2026) 

Please make sure all your details are correct before submitting the form.

Your registration will only be confirmed once payment has been received. After both your registration and payment are processed, you will receive a confirmation email.
